Ramaker has been working with numerous developers to conceptualize multifamily opportunities throughout Dane County, WI. Implementing our internal pre-development procedures, we can assist with, collaborate on, or understand project pro-forma and the importance of identifying the use of every square foot of the building. We couple this with our ability to provide site design, unit-type configurations, and vertical architecture to develop an actual building that adheres to the needs, wants, or requirements of the both the developer pro-forma as well as lending requirements. The design process for this project will continue into 2025!
