Energy Services, Inc. Elevator Renovation
Fitchburg, WI
Ramaker is collaborating with Energy Services, Inc. (ESI), reimagining the entry sequence to their newly acquired and renovated facility in Fitchburg, WI. The organization purchased the old Wisconsin Tavern League building with the goal of centrally locating its Madison services, which had been scattered amongst a few different buildings within the city.
ESI was established to provide financial and supportive assistance in preventing life-threatening energy-related incidents from occurring across Wisconsin communities. Their work helps over 267,000 households annually, providing crucial support to veterans, elderly residents, disabled individuals and working families with young children.
The front-entry remodel will provide new vertical circulation via a LULA lift, open up the space to natural light and truly emit the welcoming atmosphere within. Ramaker provided Architectural and Structural services, with MEP narrative and coordination in design/build effort. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2025!
