Commercial Retail Space

Ramaker was tasked with developing a new retail space on a previously undeveloped site adjacent to a recent influx of multi-family housing on the east side of Madison. The development followed other prior design guidelines established by Ramaker, resulting in a 3-unit retail space that currently houses 2 tenants, with one tenant leasing 2 of the units as a larger suite: Madison’s first Caribou Coffee storefront and a 24-hour veterinary clinic.
