Claw Hammer Cove at Diggerland USA

In summer 2022, The Water Main at Diggerland USA expanded its list of water park attractions with two new features: Claw Hammer Cove and Carpool Lane. Ramaker provided aquatic and MEPS engineering services for The Water Main’s second phase of development.

The Claw Hammer Cove wave pool doubled the water park’s overall pool capacity. With a zero-depth entry and various patterns of wave-generation, Claw Hammer Cove is an all-ages water park attraction that allows guests to choose their own adventures. Parents and young swimmers can relax and dip their toes in the beach area while others brave the waves (some of which can reach heights of almost four feet). WhiteWater supplied wave-generation equipment for the wave pool.

The Carpool Lane activity pool offers yet another interactive water park attraction. The pool features a floating obstacle course. True to Diggerland USA’s construction theme, Carpool Lane includes overhead cranes that shower guests with water as they attempt to navigate the course.

Claw Hammer Cove and Carpool Lane represent Ramaker’s latest involvement with The Water Main. The firm began its relationship with Diggerland USA before 2020, providing aquatic and MEP engineering services for The Water Main’s first phase of development.
