Our award-winning employees are working on some exciting projects this year, including the development of an indoor waterpark for the Village of Bradley, Illinois. This 65,000-square-foot park will have a direct connection to Northfield Square Mall and feature a 65-foot slide tower with eight slides, multi-level play structure and splash pad, activity pool, swim up bar/leisure pool, lazy river, and surf feature.

Our hospitality market continues to work with big-name brands. Currently under construction are a new Springhill Suites by Marriott in Bettendorf, Iowa, and a Home2Suites by Hilton in Ames, Iowa. The Home2Suites by Hilton in Altoona, Iowa, just celebrated its grand opening at the beginning of March, and numerous other projects are in the middle of design.

Also under construction is a mid-rise apartment building in New London, Wisconsin, along the Wolf River. Ramaker provided architectural design and engineering services for this 98-unit building, which will also feature an at-grade parking structure.
