As we bid farewell to 2023, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on the past year at Ramaker. We’ve navigated challenges, embraced opportunities, and achieved milestones that have fueled our collective growth and success. The dedication and passion of our employee-owners, coupled with the unwavering support from our clients and partners, have been the driving forces behind our achievements.

Ramaker’s employee-owners performed high-quality work, further solidifying Ramaker as a one-stop shop for architecture and engineering projects in the aquatics and recreation, cemetery, commercial development, hospitality, multifamily development, renewable energy, restaurant and retail, and telecommunications industries.

A Year of Innovative Solutions

For the second straight year, Ramaker was awarded a Top Workplaces honor  by the Wisconsin State Journal, ranking 3rd in the midsize category.

Ramaker also demonstrated its commitment to the communities where the firm’s employee-owners live and work. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee announced the recipients of the third annual Ramaker’s 12 Days of Giving, which was introduced in 2020. Throughout December, Ramaker donated to food pantries and community outreach organizations that support local families.

Bring it on, 2024!

As we enter 2024, we will continue to stand by our mission: enhancing the lives of our clients and employee-owners.

We’ll work on projects that are an investment in the future, from engineering for Electric Vehicle charging stations or assisting our telecommunications partners in expanding to rural markets, to partnering with communities to upgrade pools and community spaces or offering environmental consulting services – and everything in between.

We’ll continue to prioritize building long-term relationships with clients and doing whatever it takes. Most of all, we’ll continue to do good work that our clients and employee-owners can be proud of.
