We routinely conduct subsurface investigations and offer geotechnical engineering services for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and telecommunications construction projects. Team members work closely with the site designer to develop a testing plan specific to the project location and proposed development. Our staff is trained and experienced with executing drilling plans and interpreting soil-boring data. Our technical expertise allows us to accurately characterize soils, groundwater and bedrock conditions on site, as well as recommend suitable foundation systems based on these subsurface conditions. Each project accurately evaluates soil and bedrock characteristics, offers foundation design recommendations, includes project specific construction considerations, and documents all findings and conclusions. Geotechnical Engineering projects include, but are not limited to subsurface investigation, rock investigation and soil resistivity testing.
