Tools of Marketing

The Tools of Marketing Office and Warehouse is located in the Sauk City Office Park. This project involved the construction of a new building with office, warehouse and loading dock areas for the design and fulfillment of their promotional products. The interior layout focused on team interaction with bright and inviting spaces through the use of clerestory windows and an open floor plan. In an interest to create additional storage areas, lofted storage lots were incorporated over the interior building core.
