The development of an indoor waterpark is the latest step in a multi-year effort that the Village of Bradley has made to provide thoughtful investment into infrastructure and amenities while considering the redevelopment of the Northfield Square Mall area.
Ramaker was hired to perform master planning design services for a 65,000-square-foot indoor waterpark with a direct connection to the mall. With Village administration approval, the design process is moving forward. Proposed features include a 65-foot slide tower with eight slides, multi-level play structure and splash pad, activity pool, swim up bar/leisure pool, lazy river, and surf feature.
