Consumers Coop Tenant Fit-Out

Ramaker provided architectural design and structural, mechanical, and plumbing engineering for the Consumers Coop commercial tenant building located on Phillips Boulevard in Sauk City, WI. Roughly 50% of the 17,000-sq-ft tenant space was reconfigured to allow for three tenants. Additionally, the north and west facades received an update through extending the exterior walls to create a parapet that screen the rooftop equipment.
