Sioux City Convention Center and Parking Ramp

This new 84,820 SF Courtyard Hotel has 150 guest rooms and is located adjacent to the Sioux City Convention Center and connected to the facility. The hotel provides full-service amenities, including a restaurant, bar, business and exercise centers, and will accommodate community functions, social events, business, and convention activities. The upscale design ties into the Historic Fourth Street location and entertainment district, as well as the adjacent Convention Center.

The Convention Center additions included a 7,500 SF pre-function space that connects to the Courtyard Hotel, providing an entryway, new restrooms, and plenty of storage space. Outside, an exterior courtyard area was added and a new, two-level parking deck provides parking for hotel and convention guests.
