Ramaker is adding CIMS Gold, a new cemetery information management product, to its lineup of cloud-based cemetery software. The recently announced offering represents the firm’s latest effort to address the challenges today’s cemeteries face. CIMS Gold provides advanced record-keeping features—including a powerful database and user-generated mapping—at an accessible price point.

Whereas CIMS Platinum offers industry leading GIS mapping, CIMS Gold allows cemetery managers to control their digital records with customizable maps. Users can view, mark, and edits spaces on real-time maps of their cemeteries, customize icons to indicate availability and grave status, and add notes.

“In CIMS Light, CIMS Gold, and CIMS Platinum, we’ve developed three distinct products at three distinct price points so that budgetary constraints don’t stand in the way of easier cemetery management,” said Brandon Finley, Director of CIMS.

CIMS Gold is compatible with most available add-ons, including Burial Search, data migration, drone and 360 imaging, ground penetrating radar services, timeline memorials, and the QuickBooks® and Salesforce modules.

Portageville Cemetery in Portageville, Missouri, and Mounds Park Cemetery in New Madrid County, Missouri, the first cemeteries to implement CIMS Gold, went live with the software in July 2021. Several other cemeteries plan on transitioning to CIMS Gold in the coming months.
