Phase I and II ESAs
Not all properties have a clean bill of health. Over the past 25 years, Ramaker’s environmental team has prepared Phase I and II ESAs in commercial, industrial, military, and residential settings.
NEPA Review and Reporting
Ramaker’s environmental team has worked on thousands of projects that require review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in accordance with the FCC (47 CFR., Subpart I – Procedures Implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, §§1.1301 to 1.1319). We assess the potential environmental impacts of each project and provide comprehensive reporting as well as alternatives and remedies if needed.
